Please tell me about the reception hours.

It will be 9:00-18:00. The same goes for telephone support. Please note that we will not be able to respond outside of these hours.

What are the check-in/check-out times?
チェックイン/チェックアウトの時間を教えてください。

・Check-in starts from 15:00.
For customers who want early check -in, we accept ¥2,000 on advance application. Please contact us about check in time.
・Check-out is until 10:00.
For customers who wish to Late check out, we will accept ¥1,000 per hour until 12:00 after applying for advance.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for early check-in/late check-out depending on the reservation status.チェックイン開始は15:00～です。
アーリーチェックインご希望のお客様には事前申込みの上￥2,000で承ります。
チェックアウトは10:00までです。
レイトチェックアウトご希望のお客様には事前申込みの上1時間につき￥1,000で最大12:00まで承ります。

Advance parking reservations are accepted for ¥1,000 per day.

How many towels are provided? Can you change it every day?

We provide one bath towel and one face towel for each person. One bath mat is provided in each room.
Please note that towels will not be exchanged during your stay.
If you wish, we will exchange it for an additional fee of ¥1,000/set.タオルはバスタオル1枚・フェイスタオル1枚を人数分ご用意しています。バスマットはお部屋に1枚用意しています。
滞在中のタオル交換はありませんのでご注意ください
ご希望の場合は別途¥1,000/回で交換いたします。ご相談ください。

・Before check-in
We will keep your luggage for ¥1,000 from 9:00am.
・After check-out
We will keep your luggagpt orders for ¥1,000 until 18:00.
*Please note that we may refuse your request if the staff is not present.事前にお申し出ください。
・チェックイン前
午前9:00から¥1,000で承っております。
・チェックアウト後
18:00まで¥1,000で承っております。
※スタッフ不在時はお断りする場合がありますのでご了承ください。 I would like to receive my package.
荷物を受取ってほしい。

・Please pick up your parcel by yourself during your stay. Staff will not be able to assist you. Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles related to courier services.

No one other than the person making the reservation is allowed to enter the guest rooms of our hotel. It is possible to meet in the 1st floor lobby.
