TERMS

REBORN HOTEL has the following terms and conditions based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions for your safe and comfortable use. If you do not follow these rules, we will refuse to stay and use hotel facilities, and you may be liable for any damages suffered by the hotel.

1. Reservation Confirmation

  1. ・If the information for the reservation received through Airbnb and （Number of people and ID）
  2. the information for the guest on the day of check-in are different, we may refuse to accommodate the guest for any reason.

2. Guest room rules

  1. ・Please do not let anyone other than the person who made the reservation into the room. Visitors can only meet in the 1st floor lobby.
  2. ・Please use all the facilities in the room cleanly and clean up after use.
  3. ※Additional charges may be incurred if additional cleaning is required after check-out.
  4. ・Room cleaning and towel exchange are not carried out during stay.
  5. *towel exchange fee : ¥1000/per set
  6. *Please declare a room cleaning problem within two hours after check-in. We can't take any action after two hours.
  7. ・Before check-out, you must put all of your trash in the bag provided in your room and put them in trash can at the end of the hallway.
  8. In addition to that, you put used towels in the Navy cart in the hallway.
  9. ※ Please don't throw away any unfinished beverages into the box.
  10. ・Please refrain from making loud noise as it bothers other customers after 22:00pm.
  11. ・Please note that all rooms and entire building are No Smoking area.
  12. ※ If you smoke, you will be fined 30,000 JPY .
  13. ・Please do not dye your hair in the guest room or bathroom.
  14. ・Please do not make any loud noise after 22:00pm. Also, refrain from doing anything that might bother other guests.
  15. ・Please do not cook in the guest room. Also, do not use a lighter or fire. No fires.

3. About Key card

  1. ・Type of key: Key Card (*Additional charge of 3,000 yen will be incurred if lost.)
  2. ・The automatic door is ALWAYS LOCKED, so please be sure having your room key with you when you go out.
  3. If you locked out, it will take a considerable amount of time to respond.


    4. 4. About laundry

    1. ・Laundry that is left unattended may be abandoned without permission. We are not responsible for any troubles caused by lost laundry.

    5. About checkout

    1. ・Time: 10:00 (Late check-out is not accepted.)
    2. ※ Please be sure to check the message sent the night before checkout.


    3. 6. About package delivery service
    4. If you are sending a parcel to the hotel, please receive it yourself. Staff are not available.
    5. In addition, we are not responsible for any troubles related to luggage delivery.

    If you do not follow the above rules, we will immediately refuse to use the facility and ask you to leave the room and pay for any damages incurred by the facility.









REBORN HOTELでは、お客様に安全かつ快適にご利用いただくため、宿泊約款第10条に基づき次ぎのとおり利用規約をさだめておりますので、ご協力くださいますようお願い申し上げます。この規則をお守りいただけない時は、やむを得ずご宿泊ならびにホテル諸施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、かつホテルが被った損害のご負担をいただく事もございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

1. 予約確認について

  1. ・Airbnb予約された情報とチェックイン時の宿泊者情報（人数・ID等）相違がある場合はいかなる理由があっても宿泊できません。

2. 客室でのルールについて

  1. ・予約者以外を客室へ入れないでください。面会は1階ロビーのみ可能です。
  2. ・部屋の設備を清潔に使用し、使用後は元通りに片づけて下さい。
  3. （チェックアウト後に追加のクリーニングが必要と判断した場合追加料金を請求します）
  4. ・滞在中の部屋清掃やタオル交換はありません。
  5. ※ご希望の場合、タオル交換のみ別途¥1000/回で承ります。
  6. ※部屋の清掃不備の申告はチェックイン後2時間以内にお申し出ください。それ以外の対応不可。
  7. ・チェックアウト時、ゴミを分別し袋にまとめて全て廊下にあるゴミ箱に捨ててから退出してください。飲み残し、食べ残しスープ等液体は処理して捨ててください。使用済みタオルは廊下の青いカートへ入れてください。
  8. ・全館・全室禁煙です。喫煙されますとクリーニング代として¥30000を請求します。及び即時に宿泊拒否し、退室いただきます。
  9. ・客室内及び浴室での染毛、漂白剤は使用しないで下さい。
  10. ・22:00以降は騒音を出さないでください。また、他のゲストの迷惑になる行為はお控え下さい。
  11. ・客室内で調理はしないでください。またライターや火などを使わないでください。火気厳禁。

3. カードキーについて

  1. ・鍵の種類 カードキー（＊紛失の場合は再発行手数料¥3000/枚を頂戴します）
  2. ・客室ドアはオートロックです。
  3. 部屋から出る場合は必ずカードキーを持って出てください。カードキーを持たずに部屋を出ると入れなくなります。必ずカードキーを持って出てください（※インキーされた場合は対応までかなりのお時間をいただきます）
  4. また施設入口の自動扉もオートロックです。カードキーがないと中に入れません。お気をつけください。

4. ランドリーについて

  1. 放置されてる洗濯物は許可なく出させていただく場合があります。
  2. また洗濯物紛失等のトラブルに関しての責任は一切負いかねます。

5. チェックアウトについて

  1. ・10：00まで
  2. ※前日にチェックアウト方法のお知らせメッセージを送りますので必ずご確認ください。
  1. 6. 宅配便について
  2. ホテル宛に宅配物を送る場合はご自身で受取してください。スタッフ対応はできません。
  3. また荷物配送に関するトラブル等は一切責任を負いません。

上記規則をお守りいただけない時は、当施設のご利用を即時にお断り申し上げ退室、及び当施設が被った損害のご負担をいただきます。
